Are you a student thinking about attending UIFI? This is the time – and you are the leader. Give us 5 days to prove it! WHY: Now more than ever, we need passionate students like you who want to advance their own leadership potential while collaborating with peers to ensure a positive fraternity/sorority experience – not only for yourself and fellow members, but also for the campuses we call home. We want our communities and organizations to thrive, and to be known for the values upon which we were founded. We also want to provide an experience for you that inspires confidence and success, whether it be in the classroom, at an organization meeting, leading a campus-wide effort, or taking a new job. WHO: UIFI is for any collegiate fraternity or sorority member with the desire to be a strong leader and who believes in the fraternal experience. You do not have to hold a formal leadership role or specific office to attend. WHAT: At UIFI, you’ll learn with and from peers who belong to various organizations and councils. Through exploration of critical issues in thought-provoking activities, the program is intended to help you identify the leader you want to be and where you can make the most impact in your chapter, council or community. Together you’ll define the challenges that our communities face today, and leave excited to address those challenges...
