Indianapolis, July 11, 2016—Experienced higher education professional Rick Barnes will join the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) staff in the role of Vice President of Campus Operations. When he comes on board in early August, Barnes will help develop a robust campus support model to increase alumni, undergraduate and Interfraternity Council (IFC) effectiveness.
