Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) is the trade association representing 69 inter/national men’s fraternities. The NIC’s member organizations boast more than 6,000 chapters located on more than 800 campuses in the United States and Canada, with approximately 380,000 undergraduate members and nearly 4.2 million alumni. We aim to deliver on five core priorities to our member fraternities and lead the fraternal industry to positive change.
The NIC Foundation advances the fraternal movement by cultivating a culture of philanthropy and enhancing the sophistication of fraternity and sorority foundation professionals and volunteers.

The Associate Director of Communication works with the Chief Communication Officer to create and execute the NIC and NIC Foundation communication strategy. This person will lead digital communication for the NIC and NICF, working collaborating with staff and volunteer team members. Substantial responsibilities include social media management, email marketing and web development.
The Director of NICF Programs and Services works with the NIC Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer to advance the organization’s mission. This person will work extensively with a very engaged volunteer board and committees.
